Docs: MCP Server and API Tokens

Every PROMOREALTOR tool can be called from an AI assistant or from your own code. Calls run as your account and spend your credits, at the same price as in the app.

The MCP server

Address: https://promorealtor.com/v1/mcp. It speaks the Model Context Protocol over Streamable HTTP (JSON-RPC 2.0, plain JSON answers, protocol versions 2025-06-18, 2025-03-26 and 2024-11-05).

It lists about forty tools: every one-click photo fix (for example bluesky, furnish, empty_room, perspective, plan2d3d), ads and flyers, properties (property_import, properties_list, property_get), reels (reel_create, reel_status), posting (post_plan, post_publish) and credits_balance. Each paid tool states its cost in credits. Ask the server for the current list with tools/list.

Connect an AI assistant

  • claude.ai or ChatGPT: add a custom connector with the address above. You are sent to PROMOREALTOR to sign in and allow the connection (OAuth with PKCE). The connector can then use the tools as you.
  • Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http promorealtor https://promorealtor.com/v1/mcp --header "Authorization: Bearer pr_live_…" with an API token from your account.
  • Any other MCP client: point it at the address and send Authorization: Bearer with your API token.

API tokens

Make a token in your account under API tokens: give it a name, press Create token and copy it. It is shown once. A token acts as you, so name each one after the software that uses it and revoke it when you stop using it.

Each token has a daily credit limit, 50 credits by default, that you can set from 0 to 10,000. If a token leaks, the limit is the most it can spend in a day. Your team's spend limits apply to it too.

A first call

The same token works with plain HTTP. This lists the tools:

curl -s https://promorealtor.com/v1/mcp -H "Authorization: Bearer pr_live_…" -H "Content-Type: application/json" -d '{"jsonrpc":"2.0","id":1,"method":"tools/list"}'

A tool runs with tools/call, its name and its arguments. A typical flow: property_import a listing link (or pick one with properties_list), read it with property_get, run a photo tool on one of its photos, then make a reel with reel_create and follow it with reel_status.

Costs, retries and results

  • A tool costs what it costs in the app: 1 credit for a photo fix, 4 for an AI video clip. See pricing. Check credits_balance before a large batch.
  • A failed job is refunded to your balance automatically.
  • Paid tools take an optional idempotency_key. A retry with the same key gets the first answer instead of a second job and a second charge.
  • Result links expire after 72 hours, so save what you want to keep.
  • Long jobs such as reels are not pushed to you: poll the status tool.

Not sure which tool you need?

Every tool is described, with its price, on the tools page. The demo listing shows what they make on one property.
