About PROMOREALTOR
PROMOREALTOR turns listing photos into finished marketing: one-click photo fixes, listing videos, reels and ads, at €1 a result and with no subscription. It is built in Porto, Portugal, by Roman Teterychko.
Who builds it
Roman Teterychko has worked in video production since 2010 and runs YouTube channels. Shooting, editing and publishing video is the work he knows best, and it is the work PROMOREALTOR now does in one click.
He has also been on the agent's side of a listing. He worked as a real estate agent in Lisbon, at Mais Consultores in Restelo, for a short time right before COVID. The properties he listed then are still on his property channel on YouTube.
From courses to one button
Before the software there were courses. Photo AI GURU and Video AI GURU taught agents to edit listing photos and make listing video with AI. What agents said was clear: most did not want to learn editing. They wanted the finished photo.
So each lesson became a tool. Pick a fix, upload a photo, press RUN. Photo AI GURU was retired once its lessons were tools. Video AI GURU is still there for agents and freelancers who want the skill itself.
What PROMOREALTOR does
- Photo fixes: sky, light, perspective, decluttering and staging, about 60 seconds and 1 credit a photo. See photo editing and virtual staging.
- Ads and flyers: feed posts, stories, flyers and a PDF presentation from one listing photo. See flyers and ads.
- Listing video: your photos and clips cut into an MP4 in the browser, 1 credit an export. See listing video.
- AI video templates: one photo becomes a short clip, such as a construction timelapse or day to twilight, 4 credits a clip. See AI video templates.
- Reels, the agent on camera and a property film, posted to the social networks by hand for free or on autopilot. The demo listing shows them on one property.

How we work
- You pay per result. One credit is €1, and there is no subscription. See pricing.
- A failed edit or clip is refunded to your balance automatically.
- Your photos stay yours. Each one goes only to the AI provider needed for that edit, and it is never used to train AI models unless you opt in.
- Label what you change. The "Mark as edited with AI" option puts a label on the image, and the disclosure guide explains when you need it.
- No invented numbers. Our guides cite their sources and say when they were checked, and we show a labelled demo instead of customer stories until customers agree to be shown.
